The lejendas de la selva series is about southamericans’ guarani natural spirits. I selected three characters out of indigenous legends I was told in my childhood.
Yasy Yateré is a known guarani spirit, embodyed as a little withe haired girl. She likes to trick children and lure them into the forrest.
My illustrations are based on the storys i`ve been told.
Combine the three pictures into one triptych, since they are all connected by the one horizon.
