Shipping
Since everything is done either by us or by small third party collaborators, processing and handling your order may take 3-5 working days for all products that are listed as “in stock”, from the moment the order and payment is confirmed.
Once your order has been made and dispatched, please allow the following time for postage:
EUROPE: approximately 5 – 7 working days, depending on country/city.
THE WORLD: approximately 7-21 working days, depending on country/city.
If you desire a tracking link, please look for the option „tracked delivery“ in the shop. We also have an “express delivery” option to buy additionally, since the regular shipping is included in the prices.
When ordering, please ensure that the address is correct. I cannot accept any responsibility for delivery if the incorrect address is provided.
Returns
Returns are possible within 14 days of receiving the product, followed by a refund equal to the value of the product(s) ordered.
Please contact us via mail if you wish to express the wish to return or replace your order. We will get back to you to identify and process your return .
Return Shipping costs will only be covered if caused by wrong product/size/model or product defects.
Refund is proceeded directly through PayPal or you can replace your order in the shop.
